As the world’s foremost recognised expert on lambs – I watch Lambing Live religiously – I wanted to seek your advice on an issue that’s been bothering me.

Here is my cat:

Here is a sheep:

Is it possible that my cat, Rumbles, is in fact a sheep? Only I was in Yorkshire the other week visiting my mum and dad and I saw hundreds of cats like Rumbles running around only to be told they were in fact lambs.

If he isn’t a sheep, do you think it’s possible that there is some genetic connection? Have I identified a link between cats and sheep?
